Three teens arrested for scalding woman before raping her in her home in front of her kids
Police arrested three teens after a woman was scalded with hot water and raped in her home in front of her young kids.
Francisco Palencia (17), Josue Ramirez (19) and a 15-year-old girl who has not been identified were arrested in connection with the horrifying case in Georgia, according to Fox News.
The teens are facing charges for kidnapping, rape, cruelty to children, home invasion and aggravated battery.
The victim told police that the two young men broke into her home and used stun guns to force her into her bedroom.
When she tried to fight them off she was scolded with boiling water.
The 15-year-old girl allegedly threw the hot water and searched the home while the two males raped the woman in her bedroom.
One of the victim’s children went into the bedroom and witnessed the rape. Her other child was in a car seat near the kitchen.
Fox News reports that the woman called police after the attackers fled and was treated at hospital for burns.
Palencia and Ramirez, who are being held at the Gwinnett County Jail, are slated for their first court hearing on Thursday. It's unclear where the 15-year-old is being detained.
