Trump's lawyer defends posting photo of daughter in underwear on Twitter
One of President Donald Trump's personal lawyers, who posted a picture of his daughter wearing lingerie from a modelling shoot, has hit back at critics on Twitter.
Michael Cohen posted the picture on Sunday night of daughter Samantha Blake Cohen wearing a black bra and tights.
He wrote: "So proud of my Ivy League daughter...brains and beauty channelling her Edie Sedgwick," a reference to the pioneering model and actress.
Some Twitter users responded to the post by calling it inappropriate.
"Yep, she’s gorgeous, however most fathers don’t share lingerie pics of their daughters on social media, Mr Creepypants," wrote one Twitter user.
Mr Cohen fired back by calling one user a "hater" and explaining that his daughter was recreating a famous Sedgwick pose.

He asked another critic if she was jealous.
Mr Cohen is a former Trump Organisation executive who served as a cable television surrogate for the Republican during the presidential campaign.
His daughter, a student at the University of Pennsylvania, defended her father. She said that after finishing a gruelling semester, she was asked to model for up-and-coming photographer Abi Polinsky and had just received some of the proofs.
"My father, who has always been supportive of my endeavours, was merely expressing his pride,” she told the Daily Mail online.
"There is nothing inappropriate in the picture and those who seek to make it something it is not are merely Trump haters who are using this as an opportunity to stir up drama.
"I find it hypocritical that those who consider themselves liberal would criticise a woman embracing her body. There is nothing sexualised about the photograph... it is tasteful and it is demure."
