A woman is being hailed as a legend for trolling Donald Trump - from beyond the grave.

The death of Liz Smith (87), from Connecticut, was marked in a local newspaper's obituary page.

The memorial note mentioned her love of travelling... and her hatred of the new US President, New York Post reads.

It read: “She enjoyed travelling, especially to Yellowstone Park and heli-hiking in the Canadian Rockies, white water rafting on the New River in West Virginia and the Snake River in Idaho, Orient Express trip from Vienna to Paris, entire tour of Nova Scotia including Cape Breton.

“Liz is smiling now, not to be living during the Trump Presidency.”

The woman has been described by one Twitter user as "dead and still awesome".

Mrs Smith is not the first to make such a bold move in the after-life.

Jeffrey H. Cohen had his obituary published in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and wrote; “Jeffrey would ask that in lieu of flowers, please do not vote for Donald Trump.”
