Former MMA star Rodolfo Ramirez (28) was arrested Wednesday on two counts of kidnapping, three counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual abuse for attacking the intoxicated woman, ABC reported

Arizona police said that the woman had been out with a friend in a bar in Scottsdale on the evening of the attack.

The victim left the bar to retrieve her car from the garage where the assault is alleged to have taken place.

Her friend assumed she had gone home in a taxi and left.

The victim told police she blacked out during the parking lot sex assault, which was captured on surveillance cameras.

Court documents, which were obtained by local outlet ABC15, claim that the former MMA star then assaulted her twice more at his home.

The next morning, Ramirez is alleged to have dropped off the victim near her friend’s

When taken in for question,  Ramirez initially denied knowing the victim.

However, according to the court documents, he later admitted to “consensual sex” with her multiple times but then eventually conceded that the woman had been too drunk to give consent.

The fighter was identified through the surveillance footage and after the victim’s friend recognized him as a bearded man whom she saw hugging the victim earlier that night

Ramirez was denied bond and is expected to appear in court next Thursday.
