Actress Joan Collins has told how she fainted and ended up in hospital after squeezing into a "very tight" gown on Oscars night.

The 77-year-old former 'Dynasty' star donned a figure-hugging purple dress by designer Georges Hobeika. But her husband Percy had to call for an ambulance after she suffered a dizzy spell at an awards party.
