Injection accused says it's a bum rap

A FLORIDA woman accused by authorities of illegally injecting toxic substances into women's buttocks as an enhancement procedure has pleaded not guilty.

Authorities said Oneal Ron Morris injected flat-tyre sealant, glue, caulk and cement into women's buttocks. All three victims suffered medical complications and infections.

Bocelli greets new baby with a song

BLIND Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli has told how he greeted his newly born baby daughter with a song.

The 53-year-old singer, who lost his sight aged 12, told 'Hello!' magazine he would be "more protective" of daughter Virginia than he was of his sons from his first marriage.

'My dog ate my Masters tickets'

RUSS Berkman's dream came true when he won a lottery for four passes to last week's practice round at the Masters golf tournament in Georgia.

But the Seattle-area resident's stomach turned when he found his dog, Sierra, had eaten them. He induced vomiting, and said he recovered about 70pc of the tickets. He took photos and explained the situation to the Augusta National Golf Club as "my dog ate my Masters tickets", and it reprinted the tickets for him.

CHILDREN in California will still be able to get toys with their Happy Meals after a San Francisco judge dismissed a proposed class-action lawsuit that sought to stop McDonald's from using toys to market its meals in the state.

The suit had claimed the hamburger chain was exploiting children's vulnerability by using toys to lure them to eat nutritionally unbalanced meals.

Model Heidi Klum files for divorce

SUPERMODEL and TV host Heidi Klum has filed for divorce from her husband, the singer Seal, following the pair's separation earlier this year.

Ms Klum's spokeswoman said the 'Project Runway' television star would not be making a statement.
