The mother of a two-year-old girl who died of septic shock after suffering burns in a scalding hot shower has been found guilty of manslaughter.

Jurors at Nottingham Crown Court unanimously convicted both Eva Logina (25) and Rashpal Chana (49) of the manslaughter of Kristiana Logina, who died at Birmingham Children's Hospital in February last year.

Teacher jailed for filming boys in loo

A former primary school headteacher in Iowa was given a 30-year jail term for secretly videoing dozens of boys using the toilet.

Former Sageville Elementary School principal Robert Burke (43), who pleaded guilty to producing child pornography, was given the maximum penalty possible. He was arrested in June after his computer was linked to images of child porn being shared on the internet.
