Silvio Berlusconi's female "bunga bunga" party guests have reacted in anger to claims by an exotic dancer that she never had sex with the former prime minister.
Moroccan-born Karima El Mahroug (21), better known as Ruby the Heart Stealer, made a tearful denial, but it has prompted a fierce weekend response on Twitter from two models who also frequented Mr Berlusconi's parties.
"She went with half of Milan in six months," wrote Barbara Guerra (34), who has appeared on reality shows on Mr Berlusconi's television channels.
"Go back to Morocco on the rubber dinghy you came on!"
Ioana Visan (25), a Romanian model, tweeted: "Go back to Morocco, prostitute!"
Ms Visan also attended Mr Berlusconi's soirees, where witnesses reported girls danced in their underwear and were groped by Mr Berlusconi (76).
He is standing trial for abuse of office and paying Ms El Mahroug for sexual relations when she was 17. Both deny they had sex, and Ms El Mahroug denies being a prostitute.
Like Ms El Mahroug, Ms Guerra denies the so-called bunga bunga parties were orgies, but she accused Ms El Mahroug of attracting the attention of the media and the courts to the dancers.
"She has ruined our lives and that of the prime minister just to become famous," she added. (© Daily Telegraph, London)
