Prince Philip sports black eye
THE Duke of Edinburgh was pictured with a black eye as he was presented with two of Canada’s highest honours.
Prince Philip was given insignias of the Companion of the Order of Canada and the Commander of the Order of Military Merit by Governor General David Johnston, the Queen’s representative in Canada, during a private trip to Toronto.
