PEACHES Geldof, pictured, will be laid to rest in Kent today.
The funeral for Bob Geldof's daughter will be attended by relatives and close friends.
It is believed that her sister Pixie will speak at the funeral at Saint Mary Magdalene and St Lawrence Church. Afterwards, family members will return to Mr Geldof's nearby home, Davington Priory.
The church in Davington has been the setting of both the happiest and the most tragic days in the Geldof family's history.
It was in this country church that Bob and Paula Yates tied the knot in 1986. It was where their three daughters, Peaches, Fifi Trixibelle and Pixie were all christened, and it was where Peaches chose to marry her husband, Tom Cohen, back in 2012.
But it's also been the setting of personal tragedy and heartbreak – Yates's funeral was held there after her death from a heroin overdose in 2000.
And today it is where Peaches will be laid to rest.
Bouquets were left outside the church by locals following the 25-year-old's death on April 7. Mr Cohen, with whom she had sons Astala (23 months) and Phaedra (11 months) raised the alarm when he became concerned his wife wasn't answering her phone.
Her death is being treated as "non-suspicious but unexplained and sudden". Results of toxicology tests are expected in the coming weeks.
