Nine year old girl reported victim of 'NeckNomination' resurgence

The latest victim of February's killer trend is reported to be a nine-year-old girl.

The Daily Mail claim that nine-year-old Rhiannon Scully has become the latest victim of the trend which resulted in the death of two Irish men in February.

Speaking to the Daily Mail, Rhiannon's mother, Michelle, confirmed that Rhiannon is believed to have drank a half a pint of vodka and whiskey mixed with orange juice. The alcohol is believed to have come from a cupboard at a friend's house without the knowledge or permission of either set of parents.

Her mother noticed something awry when she spotted the youngster, 'still in school uniform', riding home on her scooter with 'her eyes rolling into the back of her head'.

The nine-year-old from Leadgate, County Durham, has received medical attention including having her stomach pumped and being placed on a drip.

British police have confirmed that the incident was investigated and that it was decided that no further action was needed.
