Reverend Darrell Best, of Shelbyville, Illinois, US, will be celebrating his title for the fastest wedding chapel after converting his 1940s fire truck into a wedding chapel on wheels.

The wedding chapel, entitled The Best Man, allows lovers to tie the knot while they are on the road and is capable of reaching speeds of 62mph. It is just one of several celebrations of the newest weird and wonderful collection of the 2012 Guinness World Records.

Rev Best, who has married more than 40 couples in the vehicle, said: "It allows them to get married in any environment they want. Sometimes they don't want to get off the vehicle so it's the bride and the groom, the two witnesses, and the minister all in the sanctuary on the back of the truck. It can get pretty intimate."

Christine Walton (45), from Las Vegas, has been revealed as the new record holder for the Longest Fingernails, measuring an astonishing 10ft 2in (309.8cm) on her left hand and 9ft 7in (292.1cm) on her right hand -- a total of 19ft 9in (601.9cm).

With a tongue measuring 3.8in (9.75cm) from tip to top lip, full-time student Chanel Tapper (21), from California, US, is revealed to have the world's longest tongue.

Meanwhile, a 49-year-old man with the largest collection of Daleks in the world also features.

Rob Hull is recognised for having the largest collection of the 'Doctor Who' baddies, with a staggering total of 571 models.

His hoard, which includes a 6ft life-size replica model, is the product of 20 years of passionate collecting, even though he is not interested in the show.

Mr Hull, who comes from Doncaster, England, said: "I've never been a fan of the show, but I have been enchanted by the Daleks ever since I saw one in a toy store as a child.

"My mum wouldn't buy it for me, but I swore at that moment that I'd have my own one day."
