Gazza hospitalised after falling down stairs in hotel row
Troubled former football star Paul Gascoigne has been hospitalised following a row at a London hotel.
Reports in the British media suggest Gazza (49) fell down stairs after hitting a fellow customer.
A man identifying himself as Alvin Carpio on social media says he was a witness to the behaviour which led to the emergency services arriving at the Ace Hotel in Shoreditch.
"Paul Gascoigne is behind me causing trouble".

Gazza who was a former England and Spurs football star was taken to hospital with a head injury.
A UK Police spokesman said: "Police were called at 18.05hr to reports of a disturbance. A 49-year-old man was suffering from a head injury and taken to hospital. There have been no arrests and enquiries continue."
The ex-footballer's spokesman Terry Baker told The Daily Mirror that Gazza was due to be traveling from Newcastle to Bournemouth today.
HE confirmed he had 'been taken to hospital because he has a head wound,' adding: 'He hasn't been arrested. He's about to be released and sent home'.
