Axl Rose 'fuming' after €160,000 gem theft
The temperamental Guns N' Roses singer Axl Rose is "fuming" after being robbed of three gold-and-diamond necklaces, worth an estimated €160,812 in Paris.
The theft took place as the 50-year-old rocker was performing at a private gathering for around 100 VIPs on Tuesday night.
Earlier in the evening, he had performed a concert with the band at the city's Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy venue. A police spokesman said the singer was "fuming", adding that it did not appear that Mr Rose, who is worth $200m (€159.5m), was wearing the necklaces at the time.
