A turtle farm in the Cayman Islands is freeing a roughly 60-year-old turtle to celebrate the Queen's 60 years on the throne.

Officials from the Cayman Turtle Farm said the reptile, known as Sir Thomas Turtleton, weighs more than 600lb (272kg) and has been used for breeding for more than 30 years.

He is to be released in North Sound, the largest protected bay on Grand Cayman Island, and scientists will then track him by satellite.
