A MAN who went on a shooting rampage in Las Vegas made a disturbing video as ‘The Joker’ before carrying out the spree.

Jerad Miler (31) made the video in 2012, where he mimicked Heath Ledger’s ‘Dark Knight’ character.

Standing in front of the US flag he said: "I want to be President. I want to be the warmonger, not just some terrorist. Not just some everyday terrorist, domestic terrorist.

"I want to blow up whole countries, whole nations. I want to make everyone submit to one world order governance, under my rule."

The killer also ranted about concentration camps and the government wanting to take people’s firearms.

It is reported that Miller often dressed as the character and performed for tips.

Miller and his wife Amanda shot two police officers dead in a pizza restaurant, before killing a bystander who tried to stop them at a Walmart store.

On the bodies of the two police officers they left a swastika and a ‘Don't Tread on Me’ flag from the American Revolutionary War era, a symbol for anti-government groups.

As police closed in on them at the Walmart, Amanda shot her husband dead and then killed herself.
