A man who taunted police about his whereabouts on Facebook was arrested just 24 hours after the post – and cried while getting his mugshot taken.

Ohio man Andrew Dale Marcum was featured on Butler County Sheriff’s Facebook page as a wanted man.

Users began to comment on the pose, prompting Marcum to respond.

He commented under the post, saying: "I ain't tripping half of them don't even know me."

The station then began to get calls letting them know about his whereabouts.

Shortly afterwards, he was arrested by officers when he turned himself in.

It appears he was crying as he got his mugshot taken.

He was wanted for assault, abduction, domestic violence and safe cracking.
