Colorado cinema shooter James Holmes could face the death penalty.
Jurors in the Colorado movie massacre trial have found mitigating factors do not outweigh aggravating ones and have decided gunman Holmes could still face the death penalty.
Following on from this decision, the trial will now enter its third phase.
