DJ and model Vogue Williams was forced to defend her husband Brian’s parenting skills in Twitter spat.

The 27-year-old who is stepmother to Brian’s two daughters Molly, (11) and Lily-Sue, (9) responded to an attack on Brian who was accused of being an absent father.

Responding to a tweet that said: “has brian finally decided to become a hands on dad then, and spend some quality time with kids, sorry cant stand absent dads”

Vogue said: “well I can’t stand people who have opinions on things they know nothing about ....mind your own business”

She then went on to warn the tweeter that he should not judge someone he doesn't know:" How do you know anything about his situation? You don’t so don’t judge unless you know all the facts”

When the tweeter apologised Vogue told him:

“you have no idea how frustrating and hurtful it is.”

The model also revealed at the weekend that she has never met any of her husband Brian’s famous exes, including former wife, Kerry Katona and previous fiancee, singer Delta Goodrem.

Appearing on The Saturday Night Show, she told host Brendan O’Connor that she isn’t interested in his previous relationships and that she hasn’t met any former flames.

She said: “I don’t know any of them. I’m sure they are all delightful," and emphasised she would never read anything about either Kerry or Delta, explaining: “You just don’t really look at stuff like that. It would annoy you.”

Vogue said she is enjoying being a stepmum to Molly and Lily but that she is not planning on having any of her own in the near future as it “wouldn’t be as fun as the wedding.”

“I have a stepdad myself so I learned from him. I’m a stepmother but we’re more like friends,” she said.

Brian and Vogue spent their first Christmas together as man and wife at Brian’s parents’ house, where Molly and Lily were visiting.

The couple plan to stay in Australia indefinitely and will star in their own reality TV show there.

Described as "Fair City in 25 degrees", it is produced by Straywave Productions, the company behind the TV programmes Fade Street and Dublin Wives. Brian’s decision to take part surprised some, given his opposition to his children appearing in former wife Kerry's Katona's former reality show on MTV. But Straywave’s John Norton is a friend who was a guest at the couple’s Florence wedding, along with Danni Minogue.
