Soccer star Peter Crouch's romance with model Abbey Clancy hit new heights yesterday, as the couple married.
The pair wed in front of around 120 family and friends at country estate Stapleford Park in Leicestershire, England.
TV star Clancy (25) wore a bespoke dress by designer Giles Deacon with a tight strapless white bodice and full, floor-length skirt. Clancy has previously modelled for Deacon.
She wore her hair in soft waves and clutched a simple white bouquet as she and the towering footballer posed for photos at the gate of the smart country house.
The couple were married in a simple ceremony at the church of St Mary Magdalene, within the 500-acre estate with grounds landscaped by Capability Brown.
Spurs striker Crouch (30) wore a black three-piece suit with a white tie for the occasion.
The pair, who have a three-month-old daughter, Sophia Ruby, had been dating for five years.
They later held a reception at the orangery within the grounds.
Clancy, from Liverpool, looked very much as if she was enjoying the happiest day of her life. Crouch, who is 6ft 7ins, and the elegant 5ft 9ins model, looked like the perfect fit despite the height difference.
The venue which hosted the pair's union, the luxury Stapleford Park country house hotel and sporting estate, includes both a championship golf course and a spa.
Following the church service, the newlyweds held a lavish wedding reception.
After a slap-up meal at the orangery, the couple are rumoured to have laid on an evening jam-packed with entertainment, including a live band, magician and karaoke.
Having been a singer with short-lived pop band Genie Queen when she was a teenager, Clancy was tipped to perform a song or two for 120 wedding guests.
