Miley Cyrus partied in Dublin last night ahead of her two Irish performances this week.

The former Disney star will be taking her Bangerz tour to Belfast's Odyssey Arena tomorrow and Dublin's O2 on Tuesday.

The singer jetted into Dublin yesterday and was spotted soaking up the atmosphere at a number of different pubs throughout the evening.

Miley kicked off her Irish festivities in uber-hip gastropub L.Mulligan Grocer in Stoneybatter and The Brazen Head and happily posed with fans for several photos.

She was accompanied by her entourage and the group travelled in a herd of blacked-out SUVs for security.

One onlooker commented: "Miley was keeping to herself with her entourage and wasn't behaving like she does on stage. She was completely covered up and stopped to talk to any fans that approached her."

A witness said she went into the 'Brazen Head' pub on Saturday night with a group of about ten people.

The star sat in a corner with her friends for up to an hour before leaving.

Earlier on, she revealed she spent her day in bed mourning the loss of her dog Floyd, who died on April 1st.

"How many times have you laid in bed and cried when the sun is out shining," she said on Twitter.

"Your loved ones are out laughing, and there are thousands of brilliant books to be read…but CHOOSE to lay in a bed and indulge yourself in sadness. Today I am choosing to be that selfish human. There's nothing I want more than to lay and drown this pillow in my tears & think about all my shoulda, coulda, wouldas.”
