MADONNA is set to continue a controversial part of her MDNA tour in Dublin tonight when she brandishes a gun on stage.

The 53-year-old pop legend has decided to continue with the use of guns as a prop in her show – despite requests from organisers in Scotland that she change the performance in the aftermath of the Dark Knight Rises massacre in Colorado.

A Source told The Sun: “She is expected to put on the same show for Dublin fans –Madonna is a woman who doesn’t like being told what to do and it’s all part of her routine”.

The organisers of her Aviva show, MCD, have confirmed that they have not asked the singer to change any parts of her show.

Meanwhile the ‘Like a Virgin’ singer has been requesting regular weather updates for Dublin ahead of tonight’s show.

The singer suffers from brontophobia, the fear of thunder and lightning – and the humid weather has led her to believe there is a strong possibility of a thundery down pour tonight.

An insider said: “Organisers have reassured Madonna that there is good forecast for tomorrow night. The humid weather in Ireland in recent days meant thunder is always a possibility, but she’s good to go at the Aviva as far as weather reports stand”.

The massive stage for tonight’s show has been under construction for the last four days at the stadium – the singer has demanded the stage be cleaned to be cleared of her DNA after the show.
