Lindsay Lohan has confessed that she had her last drink after leaving rehab.

The starlet - who has been appearing in a reality show on Oprah Winfrey's TV network which follows her return to sobriety - is now on the straight and narrow but revealed on Alan Carr's Chatty Man that she had a little wobble after receiving treatment last year.

Asked when she last had a drink, Li-Lo said: "I don't know - a long amount of time.

"I mean there was a point on the show when I was in a relationship with someone, and I, like, had a drink and I freaked out and didn't want to say anything on the show as I didn't know how that would come across and I was just scared."

The 27-year-old Mean Girls star went on: "And that's when it kind of hit home that I was doing a docu-series, and I was like you know what, I'm honest and I'm open and I've never really hid anything. Unfortunately there are some things I would've like to have kept hidden that have been out there."

The star began taping the reality show, Lindsay, shortly after leaving her sixth stint in rehab last summer.

Asked if she should have left more time before finishing treatment and starting the show, Lindsay said: " I did when I first started. I did think that for a minute as I kind of panicked and thought, wait, I need a few minutes by myself as it was overwhelming.

"But it was good for me to be on a schedule and having to be diligent and showing up and present and on time. But at first, yeah, it was really scary. I didn't realise it was going to be how it was either, I'd never done something like that. Camera's around constantly."

:: Alan Carr Chatty Man airs on Friday nights at 10pm on Channel 4.
