PRINCESS Beatrice has been voted one of the world's most eligible women - in a list topped by Kimberly Stewart.
The Duchess of York's oldest daughter eclipsed actresses Lindsay Lohan and Keira Knightley in the poll for FHM magazine.
Rod Stewart's 27-year-old daughter heads the top 50, followed by former 'Baywatch' star Carmen Electra.
Princess Beatrice (18), is third, ahead of Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding and actress Scarlett Johansson.
The top 10 is completed by Lohan (6), tennis star Maria Sharapova (7), Paris Hilton (8), glamour model Keeley Hazell (9) and Knightley (10).
Others in the top 50 include model Elizabeth Jagger (25), singer Joss Stone (36), Big Brother star Shilpa Shetty (38) and French Bond actress Eva Green (44).
US President George Bush's daughters are in the top 20 - with Jenna in 17th place and Barbara at 18, while Paul McCartney's estranged wife, Heather Mills, takes 49th place, one above outspoken pop singer Lily Allen.
