It's a fine romance for piano man Paul
Although they only started dating last April, piano man Paul Harrington and his schoolteacher fiancée Karol Sadlier have already set their wedding date.
They first met when Eurovision winner Paul was judging a contest in her school. But they were each seeing other people at the time.
When he went back a year later they were both single and Paul decided to make a move.
"I rang her on my birthday and asked her out. I took her to the Trocadero and it was just so comfortable.
"We spent every day together and within days were talking of marriage. Eight weeks later, we bought the engagement rings. There's a huge connection between us," said Paul.
The loved-up pair will marry on June 18 next year and will hold the reception at the Village at Lyons. Karol revealed: "Then we'll get the house and start a family! I've a great sense of calmness. I've never loved somebody as much as this, he's changed my life."
Paul, who has a son from a previous relationship, feels the same. "It's restored my faith. I wake up in the morning now and feel half-decent. I've been given this incredible chance. I love everything about her. I want to wake up in the morning just to see her smiling!"
And former night owl Paul even rises at 7am to make Karol breakfast and see her off to work.
