Oscar winner Jared Leto is wondering whether Jennifer Lawrence's second Oscar fall was all ‘an act’.

The winner of Best Supporting Actor at this year’s Academy Awards questioned whether the actress’ tumble on the red carpet was just a joke in an interview.

The Dallas Buyers Club star was asked by Access Hollywood what he thought of Jennifer's latest trip at the glittering world-watched event.

‘‘You know, I'm starting to wonder if this is a bit of an act,’’ he said.

Earlier that evening, Jennifer waved to photographers as she strolled along the red carpet and landed on her knees when she tripped over in her tomato-red Dior gown.

The 42-year-old actor revealed that he and host Ellen DeGeneres were making fun of her second fall when she was on stage about to present the nominees.

Before announcing Jared's name, the actress may have confused some viewers by saying, ‘‘Why are you laughing? What, is this funny? I'm still watching you!’’

The actor and his family were laughing at host Ellen mocking Jennifer’s clumsiness at the side of the stage.

‘‘But what [Jennifer] didn't know was that Ellen [DeGeneres] was on the side…making, pantomiming [motions like], "Don't fall, don't fall!", and my mom and brother are all cracking up,’’ he explained.

‘‘I guess we don't have manners. You can take them out of Louisiana, but you can't take the Louisiana out of them, right?’’

Jennifer made her first tumble when she was accepting the award for Best Actress for Silver Linings Playbook in 2013.

Jared took home his Oscar for his role as Rayon, a trans woman with AIDS, in Dallas Buyers Club.

The 30 Seconds to Mars singer is delving back into his music career and will embark on a US tour later this year with Linkin Park and AFI.

‘‘I can assure you one thing, the shows are gonna be something not to forget.

‘‘They're gonna be wonderful. I mean, this is an opportunity like we've never had before. We're really proud to be part of it,’’ he added.

He has led the fashion pack this week at Paris Fashion Week after being spotted at the Miu Miu show, catching up with fellow Oscar recipient Lupita Nyong’o.
