Ukrainian President Volodymr Zelensky said on Thursday he has had "good" contact with US President Joe Biden. Speaking to journalists in the Ukrainian capital on Thursday, Mr Zelensky said it was "a pity" that contact between the two leaders "began after the beginning of this war", but Mr Biden's team had his appreciation. His comments came as Moscow's advance on Ukraine's capital had apparently stalled, with a huge armoured column at a standstill outside Kyiv.
