Why it's normal to feel anxious during lockdown & taking comfort in a brighter future

Dublin counselling psychologist Owen Connolly on the normality of anxious feelings during this strange time, and the importance of finding comfort in a brighter future.

"We are a nation who are well known for comforting and are well able to find comfort." Owen told Independent.ie.

"We have tremendous resilience. We have survived the famine, we've survived really being oppressed for a long time. We understand sadness, but we understand gladness.

"This is just another hit, and I think we have to remind ourselves that we are of a family of survivors."
