'We want to bring back the craic economy', says owner of Ireland's oldest party shop
Shay Howlin has reopened Fun Place, just in time for Halloween. Ireland's oldest joke shop, trading for 40 years, had moved from its place on King St. into the first floor of St Stephen Green next to the food court and TK Maxx.
