UK variant the reason for slowdown in decrease of Covid cases, Prof Philip Nolan says
Professor Philip Nolan has said that the reason for the halt in the decline of Covid cases is mostly due to the B117 variant.
He said that 90% of transmissions are currently due to the UK Variant. "We're succeeding, we're just finding it more difficult than in the preceding weeks." Pro Nolan said.
