Eight-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt retired from athletics last year and has since decided to take on a new challenge in Australia. Today he arrived in Sydney as he prepares to start training for A-League football side Central Coast Mariners.
"They gave me a good opportunity and I'm really happy about that and I Mean I'm just going to come here and do my best as always. I always put my best foot forward and I'm just going to show the world what I'm made of."
Usain Bolt has already trained with several football clubs including German Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund and also performed at Soccer Aid 2018, where he scored during a penalty shootout.
He is due to begin training on Tuesday while his first opportunity for match experience will be on the 31st of August.
