VIDEO: Lifetime Celtic fans overcome injuries to form 'The Celtic Scooter Squad' for a great cause

The Celtic Scooter Squad were in Belfast last Friday night to watch the Hoops take on Linfield in the second round of the UEFA Champions League qualifying stages.

The CSC - started by Celtic fans Wee Duff, John and Peter - sell badges and tops at Celtic games with all proceeds going to the Northern Ireland Hospice.

The trio started their campaign at the beginning of last month and have already raised £500 for the charity, with badges and tops available to buy at any Celtic home game or by post.

"There’s three of us and we are all on scooters," said Duff.

"I had a stroke and Peter had a bad spine injury and John has one leg, so we decided to do something for the Northern Ireland Hospice.

"We go around selling badges and tops and every penny goes to the hospice here in Belfast.

"We are lifelong supporters but we have been raising money now for the hospice for about four or five weeks now and we’ve already raised £500. There’s only three of us but that’s all it takes to make a difference."
