Road to Birr - Once bustling streets now deserted amid Covid-19 Lockdown


A stroll down Main Street reveals the enormous impact that the Covid-19 lockdown has had on small-town Ireland. The vast majority of shops are shuttered. The only retail premises open on Main Street this week are the pharmacies, convenience stories and an organic food shop.
