Offaly GAA fanatics release song set to Alright by Supergrass, after U20s reach All Ireland football final

Offaly fans have been waiting a long time to see their team reach a final.

Offaly GAA fans Ciaran "Brownie" Guinan and Brendan Fanning have been creating parody songs for each All Ireland GAA final the county has been in since 1982.

The two have been unable to create anything of the sort since the year 2000 when the county were last in a final, facing the Kilkenny hurlers.

This year the pair have been able to watch their U-20 footballers reach a championship final against Roscommon.

"It's been a long wait, but we never lost the faith!" Ciaran told Independent.ie.

Some of the duo's most memorable tunes have included 1994's "That's Joe Dooley" – set to "That's Amore", and a parody of "Mambo No. 5" for Offaly's All Ireland hurling final match against Kilkenny.
