WATCH: Smiles and sun at Dublin Horse Show with 100,000 expected to visit

The Dublin Horse Show is Ireland's largest equestrian event. This year is the 144th year of the show.

The first show was held in 1864 under the auspices of the Society, but organised by the Royal Agricultural Society of Ireland. Shows have been held annually except from 1914-1919 due to WW1 and from 1940 - 1946 due to WW2.
