Independent TD Danny Healy-Rae struggled to stay awake during discussions in the Dáil on Thursday as video footage shows him on the verge of nodding off.
His colleague Mattie McGrath was speaking about the HSE and claims they overspent €7m 'refurbishing a hospital with no patients', while Mr Healy-Rae tried his very best to stay awake beside him.
