EU sees no signs of Russian de-escalation says Commission president
The European Commission Ursula von der Leyen speaks on the tensions between Ukraine and Russia as she holds a short press conference as she welcomes the Prime Minister of Czechia Petr Fiala to Brussels for the first time.
