WATCH: The Red Arrows made quite an arrival ahead of Bray Air Display

The world famous Red Arrows, one of the most skilled and accomplished teams on the global circuit, will headline Bray Air Display today. If you were lucky, you may have spotted them arriving earlier this weekend.

Peter Kearney, Chief Executive of the Irish Aviation Authority said: 'To watch the Red Arrows perform live really is something special. It's a testament to the calibre of Bray Air Display that some of the best teams in the world will be taking part. The Irish Aviation Authority (IAA), with its central role in the promotion and development of aviation in Ireland, is delighted to be supporting this event, enabling the high quality and spectacular displays that we will see during the Aviation Ireland weekend.'

This is the 13th annual Bray Air Display. The free, family, fun-filled event has won numerous awards including 'Best Festival/Event Experience over 50,000 people' at the prestigious Irish Tourism Industry Awards 2017 and silver in the 'Best Tourism Initiative' category at the All-Ireland Community and Council Awards 2018.
