Dr Lydia Foy on her legal challenges that lead to the 2015 Gender Recognition Act


Lydia is a transgender activist and it was her legal challenges that lead the Irish state to introduce the Gender recognition Act in 2015.

Lydia talks about meeting Joe Biden when he was Vice President and how she gave him literature from her friends in the states who were being affected by anti transgender policy and laws.
