dublin 15 Apartments, duplex units and houses

EP Lynam Properties Ltd has just commenced construction on 24 apartments and duplex units at Castlegrange. Estimated completions will be in approximately six months.

Castlegrange is a traditionally styled development comprising over 340 new houses, duplexes and apartments, with a selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom homes.

To date, the development has attracted predominantly first-time buyers and owner-occupiers who wish to trade up and remain in the area. It is close to Clonsilla train station and the N3.

There are a number of interesting features in the Castlegrange homes. Designer kitchens have units in a high gloss finish with soft timber on surrounds and brushed steel handles.

A multi-room, multi-source home entertainment system incorporates speakers in the kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. There is also a surround sound home cinema system wired in all three bedroom homes.

The houses come with 'green' credentials, with gas-fired central heating being run off a boiler with an 'A' rating.

All homes have an en suite master bedroom and there are Travertine marble wall tiles in both. Marble wall tiles are standard in the kitchen.

Prices start from €249,950 for the own-door, two-bed apartments which have a floor area of 68sqm. The three-bed duplex (102sqm) units are from €299,950 and there will also be a limited number of two-, three- and four-bed houses available, which are priced from €294,950.

Local amenities include the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, which incorporates a cinema and is surrounded by a number of restaurants. Ongar Village, multiple bus services, Euro Draiocht Arts Centre and Theatre, Blanchardstown Institute of Technology and Westpoint fitness centre are other attractions.

Viewing times for the show unit will be from 2-4pm, Saturdays and Sundays.
