IPUT's recent pre-letting of a further 430,000 sq ft of office space at Wilton Park overlooking the Grand Canal in Dublin 2 to LinkedIn is expected to bring to more than €30m the rent roll which the Irish commercial property investment company will generate from the office space, according to industry sources.
Wilton Park comprises the site of the former Fitzwilton House, as well as Wilton Park House, Gardner House, Lad Lane Apartments and their associated public spaces, including a one-acre park.
In all the development will deliver over 600,000 sq ft of office, retail and restaurants together with parking for 500 bicycles and 122 cars.
Construction has commenced on the first phase, One Wilton Park, a 150,000 sq ft building which was fully pre-let to LinkedIn in 2018.
LinkedIn will also take the additional three inter-connecting office buildings.
