RTE presenter Claire Byrne says she is too busy to plan a wedding to her fiancé Gerry Scollan.
The popular current affairs host (39) has been engaged to IT consultant Gerry since 2013 and they have two children together.
She will return to our screens tonight with Claire Byrne Live and said that her plans for a wedding often get "put on the long finger" raising two babies under two.
"Every couple of months, we talk about it and say we'll do it in the next 12 months," she told the Irish Sun.
"We just haven't set a date yet. We'll do it, but with babies and full-time work, it gets put on the long finger."
Claire also said that there can be unbalance when questioning her and her partner's role in raising their children, saying he doesn't get asked "how he does it".
"My fiancé Gerry doesn't ever get asked how he does it," she added.
"His thoughts are never published in a newspaper. He helps out as much as I do and he works full-time.
"Sometimes, there's an overemphasis on my role as opposed to his."
Philip Treacy stands to greet me when I walk into his hotel suite, shaking my hand warmly before sinking into the comfy couch directly opposite. "I like your boots," he tells me with a smile, rising off the couch again for a closer inspection.
