Former Fade Street star Dani Robinson ties the knot - with ex-castmates on-hand to celebrate
Former Irish reality star wed in Cabra Castle with fellow Fade Street castmates to help celebrate the happy occasion
There was something of a mini Fade Street reunion recently when the former castmates joined forces to help celebrate the wedding of fellow ex-reality star Danielle 'Dani' Robinson.
Dani tied the knot with fiancé Michael 'Mick' Gormley at Cabra Castle in a day she described as 'truly the best day of my life'.
"This week I married my best friend in front of all the most important people in our lives," the former Fade Street star wrote on Instagram yesterday.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our day with us."
Wexford native Dani, who now lives in Dubai and works as a body piercer, was joined by fellow cast mates Cici Cavanagh and Louise Johnston for the occasion, however notably missing from the Fade Street line up was Vogue Williams, who this week wrapped up filming her new reality series with husband Spencer and son Theo.
DJ Cici Cavanagh posted several photos of the big day on social media, and admitted to being 'very emotional' at seeing her friends getting married.
"What a truly magical day it was seeing our beautiful sweetheart tie the knot.
"Must admit I was v emotional at times." She finished her post with a hashtag #lovewins.
No doubt the music for the evening was on point, as groom Mick works with top Irish wedding band The Bentley Boys Band.
Fade Street aired in 2011 and was RTE's answer to MTV's The Hills, and was shot on location in Dublin city centre.
The show ran on RTE 2 for two seasons and featured model Vogue Williams who met now ex-husband Brian McFadden the same year.
