The high profile pair are said to have hot-footed it down the aisle.
According to the New York Post, the long term couple said their vows in Manhattan’s City Hall on Saturday.
The fashion force was expected to say ‘I do’ to Johannes in St. Barths this autumn.
The German model popped the question to the petite style maven on New Year's Eve, after a six year relationship.
It is speculated that the couple brought the date forward due to visa issues.
As Johannes left Wilhelmina Models last year, he is currently unsigned and was told he would have to leave the US in September, a source reports.
Addressing rumours earlier this month, Olivia’s spokeswoman Barbara Saint-Aime stated:
“They had always planned to have a small civil wedding in June. The whole visa thing is not relevant. They have been together for six-and-a-half years, they got engaged this past January. They travel so much during the summer, they really don’t have much time to plan things. They are not married yet. They are doing a much smaller civil ceremony in the States this month and they are planning to do something much larger later on.”
The couple were spotted last week obtaining a marriage license from the City Clerk Marriage Bureau.
Neither camps have yet commented on the matter.
And, yet, the argument seemed less red in tooth and claw than it would have been 10, and certainly 20 years ago, when it was a pre-requisite for supermodels to declare that they would rather go naked than sport pelts, and I was once spat on while clad in what was very obviously teddy bear.
