Mike Hopkins chose the country song ‘Beautiful Crazy’ – “she can’t help but amaze me” – to play for Tanya, his wife of 25 years, on the perfect day last summer when the couple chose to renew their wedding vows. It’s the day they decided to tell all the important people in their world about a love story that started over 30 years earlier, in Co Fermanagh, where they grew up.
