In her first interview post-nuptials, Angelina told People magazine,
"Brad had a dedication to Marcheline engraved inside the chapel where we stood."
The brunette beauty also wore pieces of her mother’s jewellery, as did her brother James Haven.
“I wore a little flower ring that was hers, and Jamie wore an angel pin from her jewellery box," she revealed.
Angelina’s estranged father Jon Voight was not believed to be in attendance.
An ardent humanitarian worker, Angelina has cited her mother as her main inspiration:
While accepting the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award before last November’s Governer’s Awards, 39-year-old Angelina said of her mother:
"She believed nothing would mean anything if you didn't lead a life that was of use to others."
Marcheline was committed to helping female Afghan refugees and also launched the Give Love Give Life organsation in an effort to help fight gynecological cancers.
