My lovely dad, Frank, who sadly passed away the day before my 17th birthday. He was the most hard-working, genuine and exceptionally loyal person you could meet. He taught me that you don't get handed opportunities, you have to go and get them. Being passionate about your job and working hard are the best ingredients. His pet hate was hearing anyone telling another person to 'shut up' or 'be quiet' - the ultimate put-down, according to him. RIP Dad.

The memory

Helping Frances, my lovely nana, on a Saturday morning while she baked her own home-made bread for the masses! I used to think it was gross when she asked me to get her the sour milk from the fridge! Her bread was famous within our family, even when it was going stale! Oh, and she used to give me a fiver for helping her.

The moment of the day

When I am alone at my house when everyone is out. I love the silence; it's when I come up with new ideas for work. I have a notebook to hand and jot all of my ideas down. I usually have an iron in my hand - I'm always busy.

The song

Frankie by Sister Sledge - even when I'm sober, I'll dance to it!

The movie

It has to be Pretty Woman with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere. I know the dialogue now from start to finish!

The book

The Client by John Grisham. I couldn't put it down!

The outfit

This would have to be my wedding dress, worn for our wedding on November 7, 2011. It reminds me of marrying the love of my life, Martin [King].

The accessory

Can I say my gorgeous dog, Junior? He is my accessory - I adore him to the moon and back, and I think he likes me, too!

The gadget

My iPhone - it's my third arm!

The holiday

Florida brings back such happy memories for me and Martin. We were very fortunate to be in a position to bring our children to Florida a few times. Seeing them so happy in Universal Studios will stay with me forever.

The hotel

The Moon Palace in Mexico. Pure relaxation. Take me back... please?

The hero

It has to be my husband, Martin. He is the backbone in our family and everyone who meets him would describe him as being a warm, genuine man. He recently lost both his parents within a month of each other. It's an incredibly sad time for him and his family, but the strength he has shown has been inspirational to all of us.

The pet hate

People belching out loud - so rude!

The friend

There are too many to mention. Loyalty and sincerity are big things for me, and they all have that in abundance - you know who you are!

The beauty product

Clarins Double Serum. It's a must-have for me.

The advice

Always make your own mind up about people. Never, ever let your judgment be swayed by another person's opinion.

The drink

Don't you know? Sambuca, of course, but sipped slowly after food - the only way to drink it!

The bar

I don't really go to bars per se, but I love restaurants. My favourite restaurant is Trocadero on St Andrew's Street in Dublin.

The hobby

My photography. I love nothing more than to take photos for fun. I present Camera Club on Virgin Media's Ireland AM and each month I set a theme for the viewers. I get such pleasure taking photos with my own camera, while teaching the viewers how to take better photographs with their cameras.

The part of my body

My surgery scar - nobody else sees it, but I know it's there. It reminds me of a very tough time in 2011 when I had a large brain tumour removed. It was an incredibly scary time for my husband and family. But it also reminds me about how strong and positive I am, and if I can get through that, I can get through anything.

The celebrity

Michelle Obama, a wonderful lady!
