At last, a man suffering what many of us women have had to put up with for all our married lives! I can understand your frustration though -- there's nothing worse than getting stuck in a routine of constantly cooking and washing up for a partner who won't pull their weight.
You must say something now, otherwise I can guarantee these bad habits will continue in a shared home, especially if there's someone to do the dirty work.

This may come as a surprise to you, but not all women are good at cooking or indeed enjoy it -- and why should they? I'm sure she'd be happy to pay for you to eat out, otherwise, you could take food around to hers and cook it there. As for the cleaning, why not offer to help her do one big clean-up to get her back into the habit of regular housework? She may be overwhelmed with the mess she's built up and not sure where to start.

I don't see what the big deal is. If you're going to live together, just get a cleaner -- it'll save you both the hassle -- and when her birthday comes around, pay for her to go on a cookery course.
