Mandy Colville (41) is originally from Scotland but is now based in Navan, Co Meath. She started working with Ann Summers in August 2013.
Mother to a six-year-old son, she says that she loves the flexibility that her job gives her.
"The famed Ann Summers parties actually arrived in Ireland before the stores did: they've been going for 30 years and were always massively popular. For a lot of women it's a lot of fun to get the girls around, open a bottle of wine and have a laugh at some of the toys on offer," says Mandy.
"But whether you walk into a store, go online or attend a party, the appeal is the same: Ann Summers is sexy and sophisticated and it's also a one-stop-shop for women who might be in the market for toys, lingerie and costumes.
"I always think that Ireland is actually a really sexual place - we've come a long way certainly since the O'Connell Street store opened 15 years ago.
"When the recession hit, a lot of people couldn't afford to go out but Ann Summers kept going because sometimes a little treat can go a long way - and it doesn't cost much to spice up your love life."
