Fans of Game of Thrones more likely to cheat on their partners
Bad news for Game of Thrones fans.
According to a new study by Victoria Milan, a dating website for married people, says that regular viewers of the medieval fantasy drama are more likely to be unfaithful in comparison to their peers who don't.
The website surveyed 6,258 which named Game of Thrones as their number one choice for cheating partners, with Grey's Anatomy coming in second and Sons of Anarchy in third.
70% of women said that taste in television show was in influencer in their decision to have an affair, while 37.4% said the same, citing their desire to discuss the programme as their reason.
"First dates can be awkward, so finding that medium ground is a great way to relax and get to know each other," the website's founder Victoria Milan said of the results.
"Chatting about tv shows is a great icebreaker."
